New DT Member: Introducing France

I'm a loving mom of two teenage boys, and blessed to have been with my husband for the last 18 years.   I'm french Canadian, originally from New-Brunswick and living in the Montreal area since 1993. My day job is Marketing in the Medical Diagnostic market, but If I had to win the lottery, I would love to craft all day long.

 My friend introduced me to scrapbooking 14 years ago and it's been a passion for me ever since. I need to create, it is the time I give myself to get away from Life, reduce my stress and just relax.  Over the last few years, I have participated in a few Design teams and I have enjoyed the process since I feel that it has 'given me challenges that have forced me to get out of my comfort zone at times. In doing this, I have to say, that I don't have a specific style of crafting, I've tried almost everything. In the last year, I've developed an addiction to Mixed-Media, it has influenced a change in my scrapbooking style from a more classic to more freestyle type of pages. I also teach Mixed-Media techniques via an Art Journal class once a month in one of our local craft stores. 

I am excited about joining the Scrap Challenge yourself team and look forward to getting to know many of you through your work and your blogs.
