Say hello to Carmen . . .

Hello! My name is Carmen, I was born in Brazil and live in Panama with my husband Alfredo. We have a married son who lives in Massachusetts with his wife and a newborn baby Elliot, our first grandchildren. I have been scrapbooking for about 9 years, and I'm completely addicted to it. About my style I can say that it's mostly clean, graphic and bright but I also love to try new techniques, love challenges and sketches! Ah! And I love comments about my work! :)

Come meet Maria . . .

I'm Maria Cecilia Hernandez, Chilean, I have 40 years, I am a mother of young twins Diego and Martina which are my constant inspiration, I live in the countryside away from the hectic city. I am by profession a Clinical Psychologist, love psychology as much as Scrap .. On February 2014, I met the art of scrapping at a woman's fair, and I fell in love with it. The clean & simple style represents me the most. It connects me to the part of me that is a little repressed, it lets me see myself as a creative and talented woman who can express herself freely. On the other hand, I love both my family and my life I want to keep these memories, documenting my personal life and that of my children. I would like us not to forget the importance of them in my life. I have eternal gratitude for my life, my family, love, and freedom. "I love my life just as it is"

Here's Patricia . . .

I started scrapbooking 8 years ago. I never was an arts & crafts person . . . as a kindergarten teacher, I used to be creative, but being in school management it sort of went away. With scrapbooking and stamping cards, etc, I really found a way to work with color & emotion, in stead of rules & regulations.  I love paper, lace, buttons (!), and a lot of embellishments. A little mixed media to add layers, but not to much. I think the picture(s) should always be the center of the layout.I have a big volume of albums, and really love to look a all the pictures.It is so much fun to be on the team of Challenge YOUrself, wishing the new team and the followers the best.

Please meet Rachel . . .

Hello my name is Rachel Lowe and I am from beautiful Perth, Western Australia. I am married with four great kids. My crafting background is painting and quilting. However, once I discovered scrapbooking I was hooked. I would describe my style as classic/contemporary. I am a lover of clean lines, negative space, embellishment clustering and sewing. I also love using my Silhouette Cameo. I am a keen photographer and believe the ‘photo' is everything on a layout.  I am thrilled to be a a part of Challenge YOUrself DT team and I love the concept of being ‘in’ the photos, something us scrappers are often not good at.
