A la Découverte Noa . . . with Rachel!

 Hi everyone. 

 It's time to feature a layout made by one of our participants for our 100th challenge: 

 It's so easy to help us celebrate our 100th challenge!  All you have to do is use stars on your layout and remember to include a photo with YOU in the frame somewhere on your page!

This week, we are featuring the third participant of our challenge, Rachel, who created this special layout:
